Returns postmarked back to us within 14 days after receipt of purchase are eligible for a full refund.

Returns postmarked back to us within 15 to 30 days after receipt of purchase are eligible for store credit only.

Note that all returns will have the cost of shipping deducted.

Custom orders are non-refundable, and cannot be returned.

Returned items must arrive in original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund. Items that are returned and arrive damaged cannot be refunded. This includes items that are damaged in transit. It is the customer's responsibility to correctly package items to ensure they arrive safely to Bridger Home. If you have concerns about shipping, you can insure your package against loss or damage. Returns postmarked back to us within 14 days after receipt of purchase are eligible for a refund.
